So folks, put me in the line for those waiting to hear back from the insurance folks! I just got off the phone with my surgeon's office and they have informed me that all the paperwork has been submitted and they are just waiting for the insurance company to call back with the per-certification/authorization. Whoohoo! The next step would be the final meeting with my surgeon and the setting of the surgery date. I am hoping it does not take forever for the insurance company to respond.
