Introduction from Indiana

Hello everyone. We are Richard & Shaunna Deckard from southern Indiana and have had the lap band surgery on June 4th. Doing pretty good. We have one more week of the puree food and then on to solids. We haven't started an exercise program yet but will start hopefully next week. Our life is quite busy with our 16 year old daughter. Our surgery was performed in Bloomington by Dr. Ray and would highly recommend Dr. Ray and his staff.
