Hi everyone! I went to costco today where I bought a Magic Bullet. :sad:

I also bought LiquiMax Complete Nutrition Multivitamin. 32 oz bottle for 9.84. I looked on Amazon and their price is twice that so I think I got a good deal. Anyone use these Vitamins??

I cannot stand liquid vitamins. My surgeon told me to just have one flinstone chewable every night :thumbup:

I take the Liquimax, I get mine at Costco. i have chewables on my desk in case I forget too.

they told us since chewables are for kids (Flintstones)..that adults should take 2. Also, a chewable calcium tablet. Any recommendations out there for that?

O ok. I'll have to call and ask my surgeon. I was just following the instructions on the bottle ( 1/2 for kids under 12 and 1 for over and adults) hmmm...Maybe I'll call her monday just to be sure. Thanks
