My name is Linda, I'm 48 years old, 250 lbs, 5'6" and my surgery is scheduled for Thursday, June 25th at Loyola Hospital in Maywood, IL. Dr. Shanti Sarker will be performing the surgery.
I go to the hospital tomorrow to do all my labs and pre-testing and then on Thursday I start the pre-op diet.
I started this process in February 2008 and have been very focused and calm about everything, until this past Monday. I've been feeling anxious, can't concentrate at work and can't sleep. I'm thinking that it feels like maybe cold feet, except I don't have any doubts about having the surgery. Is this normal???
