3 month before/after pic

Just thought I would share my 3 month before/after head shot. (I know I still have over 100lbs to lose, so it's not really an "after" - LOL)

Things are going well with eating and I'm getting plenty of excercise, which I think is a big part.

Hope all is good with the rest of you too!!

    I'm off to the health food store to buy flax seed crackers. I'm making avocado chutney and it will make for a great lunch!
