I use Fitday.com It lets me track calories, protein, carbs even vitamins and such if I want. I can track measurements and weight plus activity. IF they don't have it I can add it easy and its free :ihih:

mynetdiary.com

i used sparkpeople.com which i also liked in past

I use fitday.com and free and so easy. Lots of extras with no cost.

I use "my daily plate" at livestrong.com. I find it to be really helpful.

Like Carriemc78 I use livestrong.com. I sync it to my iphone and use it all the time. Keeps me honest with my eating and fitness too.

Hope that helps.

Craig

I've been using myfitnesspal.com. I like that it lets you save certain groups of foods as "meals". It has a nice simple layout and also tracks water and exercise.
