I have the large VG band and currently am filled to 9.2 cc. I have very good restriction. My band works perfectly it does exactly what it needs to do.

My band holds 14 cc's and I have 6.6 cc's in it

  • 2 weeks later...

I too have a 14 cc band and right now have 7 cc's and am golden. I hit "the sweet spot" finally at 6.5 cc's and lost almost 30 pounds in the 5 weeks between that fill and the one to 7 cc's The last week I found I could eat more and doc said it was because I'd lost so much so fast! Band had loosened (less fat around my stomach) YAY

So 7 will hold me for a while...but I've got LOTS of adjustment room left! :blushing:

I have a 10cc VG band, and have approx 8cc... I have a small leak but I currently have perfect (maybe too agressive for some) restriction.

I have a 10cc band and have 6.5ccs in it

I have the APLarge (14cc) band. My first and only fill so far I have 6.6cc's...I don't notice alot of restriction but I have noticed that if I don't chew well, some things get stuck for like a minute and then it passes.
