Hello All! I find it so much easier to get advice from all of you than from anywhere else. I have had major reflux in the last few weeks. I am eating more, etc.. No sticking. No BP's. Actually I am eating more, which I tend to do to settle my stomach. I had a fill in May and got a slight unfill last week b/c of the reflux. Called today and they are ordering an upper GI, but still concerned. In April I was VERY sick (vomiting and dry heaves) and my stomach has not been the same since.
Any advice? I know I need to give up coffee, but REALLY that will be so hard for me.
