Is it safe to...

May I ask, is it safe to do crunches and sit-ups with the band? I am concerned that I am going to slip my band by these exercises. Please advise.

we were told in our support group, that once you're healed (6 weeks or so) that you are ok to do any exercise. The only thing you might feel is some pulling at the port, but you should ask your surgeon for certain.
