Congrats on your band!!

Do you feel hungry all the time or just at certain times of the day? What are you taking in? Did you have a pre op liquid diet at all?

Stay strong, I am sure it will get better, the hard part is over! ;)

Yes I had a liquid pre op diet which believe it or not now i miss.It was 3 shakes a day a 4/6 oz peice of protein and as much salad as you can handle .Now I am on creamy soups farina, jello yogurt and pudding and liquids. The surgery was the easy part.I was lucky no pain walked around in the recovery room.Although I had to stay until the next day I wanted to go home. The hard part is I am hungry and I have a kid at home and she still has to eat.I'm gonna do my best
