Watermelon

Hello,

With summer and watermelon season around the corner . I know no snacking but can anyone tell me if they replace a meal with watermelon and if you stick to the 4 ounces. This will be my first summer with the band and I love watermelon so i am trying to figure out how to fit it in the right way.

Thanks!

I eat watermelon with no problem. I eat some protein first and then I'll have a little watermelon. I certainly don't buy a whole watermelon anymore! A little does me just fine!

MMMmmmmmmmm......... Ice cold watermelon....... It's not summer without watermelon. But DANG does it ever make me pee....
