I have had my band for 2 yrs. Have lost 90 lbs. recentlly I have no restriction. Have 8 cc in a 11cc band. Had upper gi and scope done. Could the fluid be in the tube, and hasn't reached my band? HELP< HELP<HELP

Sounds like you might have a leak? Has your doctor checked that? I assume since you've had the studies done that the band did not slip? What does your doctor think?

He thinks it is in my head. But after 2yrs I know how I should feel. He is a very strict and stern dr. and I appreciate that, but I know how I should feel.

So, make an appointment for a fill. When you get there. Make SURE they withdraw all the fluid and check the amount before they add any. My doc's staff does that every time and I think it's quite wise!
