What kind of things do you remember as a kid. Like candy, toys, clothing, etc.

When I was 6 I REALLY wanted this doll called Velvet. You turned the knob in the back and her hair got short, you pressed her belly button and pulled her pony tail and her hair got long.

Oh how I loved that doll. A few years after I got her I decided she needed a hair cut ROFL !!!

She ended up getting maggots in her because of the goopy stuff.....how traumatizing!

OMG!! I just burst out laughing! How truly horrible and traumatizing - I'll probably have nightmares about that now... UGH!! lol

I had Velvet too and I loved her to death. I also loved Sigmund the Sea Monster on Saturday mornings, a show called Isis and the Flintsones which we used to go and watch at 6pm weeknights on my Grandma's colour TV.

Jachut I remember Isis and of course the infamous Flintstones (the show that mimicked the HoneyMooners).
