April 2009 Updates!!!!

Went to see the doctor yesterday, I still have monthly visits, and I swear now that I have been banded over a year, the monthly visits are better for me.

I am now 90 pounds down from my surgery weight....:rolleyes2:

What was more exciting for me, is that the doctors office set a goal for me that is now within reach, at least 30 more pounds to lose, but no more than 50.

I am wearing a size 16 pants, and XL tops. My boobs are pretty much the same size as always, I went from a DD to a D. So I am really happy about that~

But it is such a great feeling to be thisclose to a goal, that 15 months ago I really didn't think I would meet....

Chrisann. Congrats!!!! You are doing wonderful, keep up the good work!

Hey Chrisann! It's great to hear that you're doing well! 90lbs, that's amazing! Can you believe you've almost lost 100lbs?! Keep it up!

I have not been on LBT for a long time, I'm so busy, I just don't have the time to read and post anymore.

I have been bouncing around with the same 5lbs for the past few months. I would go off plan a bit, get back down and repeat. I finally got below 170 and then I let myself get off track a bit and I gained it back, but I'm on my way down again. Other than that I'm doing good!

Wow Chrisann, you are doing awesome! Your goal is in sight and you look fantastic!

RedTulips, you are almost there too! I admire the both of you so much for sticking with it.

As for me... I am STRUGGLING! Grrrr! I have 50 excuses, some good and some bad. My husband was in an accident, had back surgery and then got MRSA that set in to the vertebrae in his back and spread to his hip. I completely, COMPLETELY lost focus. I stopped following all the rules, I stopped exercising, I quit coming to this site and then I started putting some of the weight back on. I just recently have gotten myself re-dedicated and I intend to finish what I started. No more excuses! If it takes getting up at 5 am to go exercise, that's what I'll have to do! I hope to post in about 6 months from now that I am at or at least very near goal!

Well, I'm doing much better than the last time I posted on here. I was going through a lot, moving abroad, changing jobs, marital problems. I've refocused and decided that I need to make sure that I don't ever go back to where I was. I still have 15 lbs to lose before goal and am starting to think about plastics. My breast are terrible and my belly needs something extreme.
