Super Iced Coffee!

I just figured this out, and its been making my mornings very happy--thought I'd share. Instead of mourning the loss of a favorite Starbucks treat (or wasting the calories on one), I suggest trying this simple trick for a very tasty iced "mocha":

Get a plain iced coffee, add one prepared chocolate EAS AdvantEdge Protein shake. Low carb, 110 calories, 17 grams of protein. soooo good!:tt1:

Great idea! I have been doing the same thing since my pre-band liquid diet! I have tried all different protein flavored powders. Well, the ones that sounded like they would be good with coffee. (not Pina-colada)LOL Powders are much cheaper than the premade. I save the premade for when I am really on the go. My favorite is Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino flavored. Talk about YUM!!! Best way to start off my morning and get 23gr protein in right away. You can get even more protein if you add skim milk too.

I don't know why, but I forget about the powders—need to start buying those instead of the pre-mades, which are pricey. Thanks for the reminder!

I have kinda been doing the same thing. We picked up some weight loss shakes (kirkland brand) at Costco, chocolate. I take one of those, add ice, ff milk, some stevia and a little ff creamer. Very satisfying and oh soo good!
