Struggling in Birch Bay, WA

I have been banded for two years now and have hit a plateau. I was going to the gym, seeing a personal trainor and working out hard 5 days a week. An injury forced me to stop and now I am siting around and eating all the time. I gained ten pounds and am very discouraged. If there is someone around the area that wants to buddy up so I can get back on track, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for asking. I went to see my surgeon on Monday and found out I had zero restriction. I was very surprised and asked him to fill me up. I guess I was emptied about a year ago when I was having some issues and the bellingham clinic just took out all of my fluid. good news is that even though I didn't lose for a year I maintained. Its like my journey is just starting again!

I haven't been on this forum for a couple months and just saw your posts. We spend summers in Birch Bay and I wouldn't mind getting together for lunch with any bandsters in the area. We should be back in Birch Bay around the middle of June.

I've been banded nearly two years and got to goal, but spent the last three and a half months living in our little motorhome and visiting our son in Georgia, and gained a few pounds back-darned southern cooking! I would love to get together to share band stories and support.
