Set back on my program

Hello everyone,

I have not had the procedure as of yet and I am working towards completing everything needed. I have started a diary of my daily meals. everything was going fine until this afternoon. I had a serving of ice cream for lunch. Now I feel rotten.:glare:

Has anyone else felt this way?

    Has anyone felt rotten? Yes! I feel physically rotten almost always! Don't beat yourself up...seriously. It's not going to do you ANY good. Pick yourself up...brush yourself off. The 1 scoop of ice cream is not going to sabotage your efforts. Just don't do it again. :-)
