Can anyone out there tell me of good drs in the Chicago area? , I am willing to travel also. I will be a self pay, so any help you have is wonderful!

I wasn't self-pay, but I just wanted to let you know that I was banded at DayOne in Chicago and they are amazing. Dr. Galvani is great, and the entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and supportive. I would highly recommend giving them a call and talk to their financial folks about payment plan options.

I'm self pay too and I live in Atlanta. I'm traveling to Denver May 14th for my surgery. Dr. Gerald Kirschenbaum offers the surgery for $9950. It's anywhere from $15 to $20K here in Atlanta. Good luck!

Suzie, I live in Conyers, too! What a coincidence! I had my surgery through True Results in Atlanta (Dr. Hart). I was self pay and it was $15,000.

I actually found out about Dr. K on this website. I did alot of research before making my decision. It's alot easier to get aftercare if you have your surgery in the U.S. also.

I'm having surgery in Denver, CO with Dr. Kirschenbaum. He charges $9950 which includes 3 months of fills. Fills are $15 after that. I'm actually in Atlanta and plan to have my aftercare with a local doctor. My surgery is May 14th! Woohoo!
