Have apt w/pmc to get the ball rolling ...

This fri morning. I'm going prepared w/all the info. He asked me to do the research, so I did, as far as what my ins covers, doctors in my area, ect.

I have a question, though. I read some where that if you have the realize band, you can't eat stuff like salads. I'm a vegetarian! Has anyone else been told anything like this?

Thanks

Kristine

The foods that bandsters can tolerate are as different as each person. A blanket statement like "You can't eat salads" is likely to be untrue....you simply won't know until you try. Good luck!

You literally cannot predict what you will be able to eat and not eat afterwards. I have a friend who has to let her salads sit covered in dressing for 15 minutes before she can eat it...I on the otherhand have no problems with salad. Good luck!
