Finally restricted and completely lost

I had my 5th fill this past Monday. At first I didn't feel much restriction because I stayed on liquids for 3 days. The first time I attempted to eat anything near solid I vomited until it came up. Now I can eat about 1/2 cup of mushy foods and I am full ALL DAY. I know I am not getting enough food because I am weak all the time. My previous eating plan is useless since I can't eat three meals a day. Any tips would be appreciated.

This should change. As you lose weight, the fat pad around your stomach melts and the band becomes looser. That's why people need another fill.

Try drinking a Protein shake to up your protein and calories.

You could always drink a Protein Drink twice a day too, and one meal. the protein drink should go right through your band no matter how tight it is, if you drink it slowly, so you can get your necessary protein and calories .

When I am this tight after a fill, I drink a protein shake for my three meals with a couple of bites of food. Usually in a week I am a bit looser. It really helps to jump start my weight loss.
