Port side pain

I was banded 3 wks ago, had to be rehospitalized with dehydration. Fill removed and much better, however I have developed a "stabbing" pain when moving a certain way by ribcage on right side of port. MD says may be nerve irritation...has anyone else experienced this?

I had the same thing . My doctor told me that one of the stitches around my port may have come undone. I really don't think they no any thing but... It did go away .
