When you reach goal, refills?

I have reached goal , and a friend who had the surgery done, said she goes back for a refill every year, because it evaporates, just a slight refill? My doctor said well probably wont see ou again unless you have some plastic surgery or have any problems. Should I go back once a year, if eating more, and also breads, pasta, etc. without problems??

Also how much excercise are the ones at goal doing?

My surgeon likes you to check in once a year and I have been back for 2 tiny fills.

Exercise - I devote an hour a day - I try for four runs - 2 10kms easy runs, 2 hard interval sessions (they might be on the treadmill) and 3 circuit training sessions - sort of like beefed up Body Pump classes - much heavier weights and running intervals.

if I'm busy and run out of time on any given day I'll do someting like a half hour quick run on the treadmill.
