Counting Fat Grams?

Does anyone out there keep up with their fat grams per day or just the protein? I am trying to get it figured out and need to know what all I need to keep up with. When I do the food journal on Fit Day and do the pie chart it shows a lot of my daily food intake is coming from fat grams, about half. The other half is coming from protein. So does anyone know if we have to count them or what? Thanks.

You can ask your doc...but I don't track anything other than Protein. goal is 60 grams a day of protein.

If I stop losing, then I might start tracking calories to see where I am getting in extra calories...but on a normal basis, calories are all I care about.

Yep, agreed. I don't keep track of fat or calories. I figure that that's why I got this little band around my stomach, so that I DON'T have to do that anymore.
