sharp pains?

I am one month post op today! I see the doctor on Monday, perhaps for a fill, but I have a question for you all in the meantime....

The 2-3 times that I overate - just a few too many bites - I got an incredible pain in my left underarm/rib cage! Now this wasn't a golfball pain in the esophagus or sternum you all have described - I'm guessing I can't 'pb' cause I don't have anything in my band...so what is this odd pain? It feels like I can't take a breath in, and the pain in the underarm/left breast area is awful. But it only has lasted about 15-30 minutes tops. I am wondering if this is a precursor to a pb? Your thoughts are appreciated!
