bad stomach cramps 2 weeks post

What are people doing for stomach cramps and bloating, I have tried gas x and walking around. But some days I look like I am pregnant and just burp all the time. I have avoided being around the public when feeling like this which is hard but I want to feel normal.

Also I am 2 weeks post, did anyone else get banded around Jan 28th? I am down 21 lbs overall but have been the same weight for the last 3-4 days. I can eat solids now too many bites but I was wondering if anyone else is at a plateau as well.
