Work outs and restriction

I have been incredibly tight since my last fill- to the point where I can mostly just eat soft foods and soups and sometimes even pb those. I am pretty much pb-ing everyday. However after I do a really good workout I can suddenly eat a proper meal without any worries! Anyone else experience this?

I'm the complete opposite. After a hard run, its hours before I can eat again. Its the one time I think protein shakes are worthy foods.

I go completely tight after a workout. This cannot be good for your overall health. Have you considered taking out a small portion of your fill? Talk to your doctor about the issues occurring with your last fill.

Good luck!
