Try try again...

I had my Lap Band surgery in Oct 05. I lost 50 lbs and then gained back 10. In the past 2+ years I've just floundered, eating 'comfort' foods and not even trying. I want to get back on track. I have an appt today, but I'm not sure what they'll do at this point. I still like my Lap Band. I like that it stops me from overeating. I do have a problem with heartburn and acid reflux, and I see I'm certainly not alone!! I don't want to give up... I'm not a quitter. This was certainly NOT the 'miracle answer' I first thought it would be. Now I have to be realistic and get to work. I appreciate any realistic help I can get.

Good luck to you! I hope that they are able to help you. Maybe you just need a fill? Or to see the nutritionist to get back on track? Are you able to work out? That usually gets the metabolism going. Hope it works out for you...
