  1. Did you find Weight Watchers helped you get back on track? I'm seriously thinking of doing that.
  2. I had my Lap Band surgery in Oct 05. I lost 50 lbs and then gained back 10. In the past 2+ years I've just floundered, eating 'comfort' foods and not even trying. I want to get back on track. I have an appt today, but I'm not sure what they'll do at this point. I still like my Lap Band. I like that it stops me from overeating. I do have a problem with heartburn and acid reflux, and I see I'm certainly not alone!! I don't want to give up... I'm not a quitter. This was certainly NOT the 'miracle answer' I first thought it would be. Now I have to be realistic and get to work. I appreciate any realistic help I can get.
