Am I doing it right?

This is the first day I was able to stomach the protien shake and some veggie juice. Prior, I have only been able to get crystal light and broth to agree with me. Needless to say I'm excited, but concern that I'm sipping wrong.

I was wondering, does it matter if you sip your liquids endlessly or if you need to sip, wait a minute, and sip again. I don't want to create a bulge already and although it might not seem like a big deal...it's worrying me. I don't want to screw up. :willy_nilly:What is everyone else doing?

I wouldn't worry about the liquids causing you to expand the pouch. I was banded yesterday and I noticed that in just one day, I was able to drink a lot easier. Liquids should pass through quickly enough, so your pouch is not affected. As long as you sip and don't take big gulps, you should be fine even sipping frequently.
