Feeling Down, Need Encouragement Please

I went off the deep end and now I'm trying to pull myself back up out of the pool (of junk food)!

I'm almost 3 months post-op and have been doing very well with my food choices and exercise. But last week I went in for my 2nd fill and ended up leaving with -.4cc.

2nd Fill details: coffee and a bowl of oatmeal hoping to get back on track today.

Anyone who has had trouble with their fills, please reassure me that I will eventually get restriction.

Well why did they unfill? My Dr told me he does not take any out. I told him a story about someone going on a cruise that had their cc's all taken out so she could eat and never got them put back in, he shook his head no and said "I don't take it out once it's in". You know we all go thru this. I have not had my first fill yet and those chips were in front of my face. So instead of eating the whole back I just took a few to get the taste, then I stopped. The other option is to just not buy the junk food, How much money can you save? Want that new car? or House downpaymant? So when you go to the store total up what you would have spent on junk food and take that money and put it away, you will have enough to do whatever you want! Now it's time to drink alot of water and get moving.walk the dog or just plug in your IPOD and go for a long walk, that 3 pounds will come back off.

I haven't had trouble w/ my fills but it did take 4 fills, which put me almost 6 months post-op to feel restriction. I kept beating myself up for not losing much at all - and I was embarrassed. However, I'm going forward now and it took me longer than most to get to this point, but you'll get there :-)

KEEP UR CHIN UP. 3 POUNDS IS NOT ALL THAT BAD,IF YOU BINGED FOR 5 DAYS . JUST TAKE A WALK AND RELAX AND REGROUP .YOU'LL DO GREAT:thumbup:

It also took me 4 fills to get the restiction I wanted.Just keep telling yourself you are worth it.You are doing good dont beat yourself up we all fall off the wagon at least once if not more
