Need a good fill Doctor in WI???

I currently have to go to downtown Chicago, which is about 4 hours from home....for fills and unfills.

Does anyone know a Doctor that does fills for patients that they didn't do the surgery on in Wisconsin?

I had my surgery in Mexico and am having a hard time finding a Dr. that will fill/unfill me...let alone one close to home. I am looking for someone near Madison, WI....
