Almost a week out and I feel great!

I am afraid I feel too good! Is that possible?

Yest I was out with my kids sleigh riding, and told them I couldn't go on the sled this week. Well, an hour or so into it, I jumped on. Ouch! Mistake, but I only went once and think I managed to stay in tact!

It is the weekend, and a long weekend, and while not at all hungry, I went out to dinner with my family and another, and ordered Soup and a glass of wine. I had the wine ( I felt it:tt2:) and half the soup. liquids for the liquid diet, right?

I know that nutritionally that the wine is the wrong way to go, but...has anyone else had wine? It wasn't on the list of not to have. I have been 100% on liquids and am feeling great.

Love to hear other stories!

I've been losing about a 1 lb a day or 1.5 and I know if I add wine that will change, but on the rare occassion, is it ok?
