Hi everyone I just got my surgery date of February 23rd. So excited. The hard part begins. I need to be on a liquid diet and lost about 25 pounds.They told me no solids just liquids and to do the Medifast Diet. They also said that GNC carries and equivalent to Medifast for less cost.Does anyone know the name of this product or what I should ask for when I go to GNC to purchase the liquid diet?Any help would be greatly appreicated.I am new here and so looking forward to getting to know everyone.Thanks for your help.

Am i able to use the Sugar Free Carnation Instant for this weight loss? This seems to be the least expensive option? Any advise greatly appreicated;
