How do you keep track?

I was curious how others like myself kept track of wt loss, water intake and calories consumed. I personally use myfitnesspal.com. I weigh everyday and record my food intake everyday. Ive found it a very useful tool...so what do you use?

Texan poking my nose in....

I like Sparkpeople.com because I can also set up my own goals to track - like getting up right away and not hitting the snooze button. It keeps track of streaks, how many days in a row I've met my goals and the percentage of days I've met my goal since I created it.

Weigh everyday. Strange thing, here lately I wegh more in the morning than I do when I come home from work in the evening. Food and TV are not a good combination. Need a new hobby.
