I am making a list of questions to ask my doctor.

I was wondering, what kind of questions those of you who have been banded think I need to ask?

1. How many procedures have you performed
   
2. How many band slips have occurred that you performed
   
3. How many port slips have occurred that you performed
   
4. How many deaths
   
5. What is your aftercare program like
   
6. How often do you give fills and how much of a fill do you give
   

These are just a few starter questions.
