Pre surgery Medifast

I am being banded on 2/4 and have started the Medifast liqiud ONLY this next 4 weeks. Day one was fine- but today I feel very weak abd shakey. I thought my sugar was low but its actually higher than norm. (128) I can have nothing but the Medifast shakes- and 1 C broth :tongue2: I also quit smoking 3 days ago so could be that too I suppose??? Just wondered if anyone else experienced feeling "weird" on MEdifast

I wasn't on Medifast but I was on liquid protein (broth, protein shakes etc.) and I felt the same way. The worst was in the beginning but I did have episodes of dizziness and shakiness throughout the liquids phase.
