Liquid diet question

I have not had problem with any of the protein drink tastes with the exception that the taste lingers for a few hours. Are there drinks that don't have the lingering after tastes that I have not found yet?

I love my Protein drinks...I buy the 100% whey protein at GNC by pro performance. Rite Aid now sells GNC products. I love the banana creme flavored and now I am trying the vanilla which is yummy too....This is what I do. I take 1 cup ice cubes put in the blender then one cup of simply smart fat free milk and 1 scoop banana creme powder blend it. Then I add 1/2 of a small banana blend again...I haven't had an after taste from this powder..The full feeling lasts until lunch..I love my Protein Drinks. I don't use a regular blender I use the generic version of the magic bullet...I bought it at CVS for myself for a christmas gift...Hopefully this help....The people I told about the GNC powder at the weight loss clinic have tried it and agree with me....Hope this helps....

I've been on my pre-surgery diet for a week and I was so confused on the right protien drink to get. I went to GNC and got the 100% Whey protien powder (just like the last poster) in Vanilla, Choclate, Banana Crea and Cookie's & Cream and they are the BEST!!!! Also, from GNC I got a drink mixer real cheap. It has a clear bottom cup and then the red top has a mixer attached that is powered by two batteries and it mixes the fire out of them drinks, a huge difference from trying to spoon mix yourself. Also, I ordered some Vanilla and Choclate on-line from Unjury.com and they were excellent too. GNC is cheaper though. I mix mine with skim milk.

So far all I have tried have been the premade drinks and from what I see above mixing your own turns out better. I will have to stop by GNC today and get some to try. I don't guess the battery GNC mixer will work with the ICE that the first responder talks about but will need a blender.
