problem foods

Does anyone else have problems eating chicken or turkey? I can't seem to chew it enough and it just kills my stomach. It isn't dry, so that isn't the problem. However, if it is in a Lean Cuisine it doesn't hurt. I also have problems with rice. The one thing I don't have a problem with is Shrimp. Just wondering if anyone else finds some foods that give them problems.

Hi Pattic: Yes, I have a LOT of trouble with ALL meat. There are other things that are fine. Everybody is different. I can get down rice & bread, but Pasta is very difficult for me (not a bad thing!!)

Good luck on your journey!!!
