Lapband in Mexico?

I was just wondering how many out there have had their surgery done in the Mexico? Please name your doctor and what your loss has been postop. Thanks! I plan on going to see Dr. Aceves in Mexicali, Mx. :)

    I had surgery with Dr. Arturo Rodriguez in Monterrey March 30th. I'm two days away from my 4 month anniversary,and I've lost 46 lbs.

    I receive my followup care here in the states, but I would definately do this all over again with Dr. Rod. His entire staff was wonderful and accomodating. I knew that I was in good hands.

    Dr. Lopez Corvalo (Obesity Control Clinic) in Tijuana. Banded just last week (7-21-05). 15 lbs down, counting from my high (before the low-cal/liquid diet the week prior to surgery).
