pre-op protein drinks/shake suggestions

hey guys, while i haven't gotten a date yet, i thought i'd find out what the best tasting shakes available in canada are. if you have any suggestions, please post them (and where you get them if possible).

Hi babe,

I like the Brad King (or Fat Wars) ones. He doesn't use any artificial colours etc, and I find that the chocolate one is lovely. I must admit though, that I use skimmed milk as all of those shake usually taste a bit watery to me without it.

I'm sure there will be as many ideas as there are people, but it will give you an idea!
