I want food!

... or at least my mushies!:hurray::rolleyes::smile:

My doctor's diet requires a month of liquids and it is killing me. I know its only been a week but I have no idea how I'm going to make it through the next 3!

I'm not even feeling that much restriction. I want to do good at this, lord knows I do, but it is sooo hard. My mom made a lasagna today, we went bowling and they had chicken.

I need help! I don't want to mess up but this is the hardest thing I've ever done! EVER!

Hang in there! I found the first weeks hard, too, but I found that if you add enough liquid and blend the foods into liquid, you can have your lasagna -- add tomato juice or chicken broth to thin it out to a consistency that you can drink -- and you will find that you will get full quickly --one of my favorite drinks was cottage cheese with tomato paste & tomato juice and herbs -- I even threw in a few pasta noodles later. Or blended Campbell's Select wedding soup w/parmesan cheese. Be creative and have fun!
