What losing weight means to me...

I can walk through an amusment park with my kids without running out of breath.

I can shop in the "misses" section and not have to search for the "women's" section, usually in the back corners of the stores.

I can learn to eat to live and not live to eat.

My list can go on and on but I'l stop at three.

It means a healthier life style for me.

It means being appreciated AND respected for what you say because people aren't too preoccupied by how you look.....

.......What it means to me is that I will look the way I feel in the inside...

1) It means I won't have to take my blood pressure medicine anymore.

2) It means my back will hurt less.

3) It means I will be able to run again.

4) It means I will be able to shop in the misses section for the first time in 10 years.

5) It means that I won't feel like the fattest person in the room.

6) It means I will be able to coach my kids' soccer team.

7) It means I will feel sexy again.

8) It means people won't think I'm lazy just because of my weight.

Okay...I think that is more than you were looking for but I feel they are all equally important.
