What is your exercise routine?

I've read on some blogs that some people have specific exercises for each day of the week eg: monday walking, tuesday gym etc.

I'd like to set up a routine so that I wont get bored and hopefully will begin to enjoy exercise. It seems that the people who are really successful have incorporated exercise into their life.

So if you have a routine I'd love to hear about it to get ideas please...

i work out with a personal trainer on tuesday & thursdays, mostly weight / resistance / core training with him. i "try" to add an additional 3-4 days of cardio training & a yoga class (now addicted to wii yoga) each wk.

my avg seems to be 5-6 days a wk exercising - i definitely give myself a day off to recoup.

good luck to you!!!
