Dried apricots and constipation

I can't remember who posted this, but 5 dried apricots every morning can and does releive consipation, at least for me.

If you are having problems going, defninitely try these.

Prunes work well too if you cant tolerate dried apricots, being a bit moister, they're a bit easier for bandsters to eat.

I cant eat dried apricots because of the preservative in them, gives me asthma.

Great source of Iron and other Vitamins too!
