scales lie i loveeee it! I seriously need to put the scale away:(

I just read that sodium is a no no.. i make this quiche with spinach its 150 cals about per 1/8 of a pie.. so i was like thats good.. well i just read the pie shell.. get this 150% sodium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a feeling thats the problem right there. Cause i just started eating the quiche!! this week.

Could something like that cause this??

If you're sensitive to sodium, read labels carefully. Heck, even if you're not particularly sensitive but happen to eat anything with a lot of MSG or sodium, it will have an effect. (Watch canned soup, processed foods--frozen meals, etc....they're loaded)

Congrats on your great work! Keep it up. If it came off before, it will come off again...just give it time and stay away from the scale!
