What is a sweet spot?

I'm heading out for my 5th fill to try to find it. I'm beginning to think it's an imaginary feeling that only delusional people get.

It's been explained that the sweet spot is achieving satisfaction after consuming approx. 6 oz of solid food and remaining satisifed for 4-5 hours.

Hey Donna,

When you find it will you send it my way. I have yet to catch it. It's getting to the point that I'm almost ready to accuse the nurse that does my fills of sabatoge. :cursing:

I'm back from my 5th fill which takes me up to 5 ccs in an 8 cc band. I can definitely feel more restriction (I can even feel it when I drink water). The test will be when I eat dinner tonight.
