Stomach swelling post port re-attachment

I was banded on 3-31-2008 and lost 42 lbs by 9-11-2008. Yet I noticed last month that I had gained some wait plus my port had came a loose and was giving my some problems. Now after my surgery on 11-21-2008 I looked like I haven't lost any weight. My question is.....Is this normal?
