Your weight and goal are very close to mine. I was at 239 going into surgery, and lost 10 pounds in the first 10 days after surgery. I am holding that now, but now 3 weeks post surgery I finally feel like exercising again. I am hoping for 220 by Christmas, aided by my first fill on Dec 17th.
