Hi guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jason and was banded today. I'm a long time browser but first time poster. I have to admit alot of the info I've read on this site has really gotten me really for this new journey in my life and I really appreciate it. I'm 27 years old and live in San Antonio. I have a wife and 18 month old daughter with a son on the way coming next March. My family is my main reason for getting the surgery with a close second being for myself. I really want to be here for my children for the long haul and if I didn't make major changes I would have missed out I feel.

I feel more soreness than pain for any of you soon to be bandster. I have been able to have beef broth and sugar free Jello. GasX strips have been a life saver for sure!
