Excercising

Hello! I have had my Band since May 2007 and I've lost 140lbs. I've just started excercising again and I've noticed that I have a difficult time eating after a workout. It seems my band is extremely tight. Does this happen to anyone else?

pretty much the last thing i want to do is eat after a workout! I get pretty tight as well so then i just don't even want to try. they say it's important to eat after a workout so i always just try to drink some milk...so that way it's good calories and some protein.
